PDP Gas Strut Kit for Toyota 70 Series Bonnet

Description

The PDP Bonnet Gas strut kits are easy to fit .You’ll find once installed access to the engine bay is easier but also more head room aswell due the finish opening height of the bonnet  is greater. You’ll see things easier as less shadows are in the engine bay due to more light too 

We have used our famous Stainless steel Product agian to keep durablity and the ‘Cool look’ we all want . there is a CAD cut rubber protection pad for bonnet protection We Tig welld the Ball joint onto the Stainless Bracket to prevent any threads striping or vibrating loose

The Gas Struts we have spent much time in testing different NM pressure settings to aid opening the bonnet but also holding the Bonnet up 

The installation is easy , some installer checks are required prior bonnet closing to prevent any issues.

If you engine bay still has the Toyota Acc fuse board on passenger side some shimming or repositioning is required . PDP has a Relocation bracket which allows Fitment of the Toyota ACC board to the PDP secondary fuel kit – relocation bracket # T70-mb3.2

NOTE # 

 face lift 70 – V8 engine will require you  to relocate the Passenger ACC fuse block 

There is 2 variants -Face lift &  Pre face Lift
